Do the thing you think you cannot do

I got this tattoo a little over a year ago. The sentimental value of this hummingbird is something that brings me back to my very vague childhood. Of all the times I ran around outside, played house, or danced in recitals, the hummingbird is something that I can remember being fully captivated in the moment with. Giant hydrangea bushes covered the entire front side of my great aunts house where the tiny birds would flutter around. My aunt and I would catch them in our hands to see them up close. It tickled a lot, and the giggling that came from this silly thing we would do was something I can always go back to and be fully in that moment.

When I build up enough guts to do it, the hummingbird will be flying around an entire side piece of hydrangea flowers.
